All vendor vehicles must enter and exit via Whitman Street access (south side of park) only.
You will drive your vehicle counter-clockwise through the circle.
You will not hold up traffic. You may bring your vehicle on the grass behind your booth space for unloading. Unless your vehicle is necessary for booth operation, it must leave the park by 9:30 a.m.
You will place cardboard under your vehicle if it remains in the park for booth operations.
Large trailers and other equipment may be set up on Monday, July 3, only AFTER 4 p.m. Pre-arrangement must be made and confirmed by event coordinator no later than 5 p.m. on Friday, June 20. Trailers will not have water until 6:30 a.m. on event day.
All vehicles are expected to have exited the park by 9 p.m. on July 4. Arrangements may be made for trailers to remain overnight, but must be removed by 8 a.m. on July 5.
You may not park a camper, set up a tent, or sleep in the park. This is illegal. Arrangements have been made to park your day and/or overnight vehicles in the paved lot adjacent to the softball fields on Ruth Street. Restroom access is available. Only APPROVED vehicles will be allowed.
Handicapped ONLY parking will be provided in lots adjacent to the Garden Center and the Pond beginning at 6 a.m. DO NOT PARK HERE OTHERWISE OR YOU WILL BE TOWED.
Parking lots within the park circle MAY NOT be used, even during set-up. These are booth fronts. Exceptions may be made to vendors parked directly in front of their booths in these locations.
